Breaking the Silence: Mental Health Among Students 🎙️

Today I published a podcast that dives into the reality of mental health among students. Many young people are dealing with stress, anxiety, and depression, but it’s often difficult to talk openly about these struggles. In the podcast, I explore why it’s hard for students to speak up, and what can be done to create safe and supportive spaces for them to cope and heal. You’ll also hear some shared views and experiences that highlight the importance of breaking the stigma around mental health. If you’re a student, parent, or educator, this episode is for you. Let’s start the conversation and support one another. 🎧 Listen to the podcast here :  https://youtu.be/ihV1DgnH_Ko?si=66CchkCiDDt4m695
